Website Submissions and Update Requests
For NAMIGlendale member leaders to submit or update information to the website.
(Board members, staff, committee chairs, program managers, teachers, presenters, facilitators)
- To create or revise a page or post, please, create a detailed mock-up to submit with this form.
- The mock up should be an editable word document (“docx” format preferred), showing exactly how you wish everything to look on the website. (Note: you should avoid using PDFs and Google Docs for submitting your design.)
- Calendar entries can either be linked to a page on our site, or a poster or flyer, or to the event’s website, or any combination of these. If we are hosting the event page, see above, and submit your design below. If you wish to connect the calendar entry directly to a poster, flyer, or other website, submit your directions to this effect as well.
- When submitting a poster or flyer for a NAMIGlendale program or event, you should submit it as both an image and an editable document. If it is for someone else’s program or event, please submit any additional information you may have (contact person details, website, etcetera).
Please complete all required fields.
Incomplete submissions, and forms completed without a workable email address and phone number cannot be processed.
